As with any other homeopathic "dilution", it probably does nothing.

To prove this, this man took an entire box of a homeopathic sedative, and it had no effect.

The only reason the FDA allows homeopathic remedies to be sold is because one powerful senator insisted on homeopathic stuff getting a waiver from the rules when the FDA was formed.

It's 99.9% sham. But of course, some people put "homeopathic" labels on real herbal or medical drugs just to give legitimacy to other homeopathic frauds.

Buyer beware.
