Geographic tongue: what's the cure?
How do I heal my (painful) geographic tongue? What's causing it?
Currently trying Nat Nur 30X homeopathic medicine. Does not look promising… I've tried so many things.
Who knows what it is, and what's the cure?
Thank you

Failing that simply get yourself a good quality multi B complex supplement containing all the B vitamins. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12 – this is because they work best as a group.

Not B12, I said B2 – Riboflavin – which is part of the B complex group of vitamins!! The whole complex consists of B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. Get deficient in any one of these little beauties and you'll know quick smart as you now do!! B2 – Riboflavin – supports cellular energy production and essential for protecting cells from oxygen damage. A multi B supplement containing all the B vitamins would also resolve any light sensitivity problems that you have with your eyes……… :0)
GOOD LUCK
