The typical allergy season is spring time, when flowers are about and pollen is released into the atmosphere. This adds to the constant dust particles, pushing allergy sufferers to the limits.
This doesn’t mean that every season isn’t an allergy season for some people. But spring time is the worst one.
Being outside is obviously more healthy, but can be very uncomfortable if you have these sensitivities.
It’s common for windy weather to make matters worse. Especially dry winds. Moist winds tend to be less of a problem as the moisture attaches to the pollen. But dry winds stir up the pollen and dust, creating a dense, if unseen atmosphere.
And generally, your symptoms will come on quite suddenly.
The homeopathic medicine Aconite is an invaluable medicine, worth it’s weight in gold, for anyone who can identify with the above description.
When starting out using homeopathy, it’s best to use the lower potencies (strengths). 6c and 30c are common. Don’t go higher than 30c.
Take a dose as soon as you start feeling the symptoms. You may not notice anything, as when symptoms start to recede, you focus on other things. But be aware if they receded then returned. Then redose as the symptoms return.
Over time, you should need to take less and less, with the allergies becoming less and less frequent, until they may go altogether. Or this medicine may just work for you as an acute medicine, and to get rid of the allergy altogether, you may need to see a professional homeopath.
But Aconite will help almost every person to some degree, who suffers in the allergy season.
